Cancellation Policy

Booking & Appointment Policy By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms: Appointments & Payments All appointments must be booked online through our scheduling system. A valid payment method is required to secure your appointment. Services may require prepayment or a deposit at the time of booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $10 fee. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged a $20 no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time without a price adjustment. Refund Policy All services and payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed services, missed appointments, or unused packages. Packages & Memberships All packages, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Monthly memberships must be used within the billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
